PGES to launch SYNERGEM – Knowledge Based Networking Module

SYNERGEM is based on a Concept of Knowledge Management by means of providing common platform to Power Plant Professional’s/ Power Plant Companies/ Service Providers/ OEM’s/ Students and Technical Institutes; wherein knowledge sharing over environmental concern with view of performance optimization in existing system would take place. The module will be launched by end of June 2009.

PGES delivers its first CMDP Program

Complete Management Development Program – The In-House developed module is a customized program for Power Plant Professionals, which not only improves technical skills but also enhances decision making, team work, motivation and communication among managers; CMDP is a perfect blend of Technical, Managerial and Conceptual Skills.

Being developed by experienced in-house team of PGES, it can be customized on project to project basis.
